Orders are packed and shipped within two business days.  Transit time is measured in business days.  Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out on the next business day.

All US addresses.  Your local post office or regional carriers may provide final delivery.  Processing may take up to two business days before your order ships.

We believe all of our products should be as tough as the people who use them and as beautiful as the amazing places their journeys take them.  If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, or they do not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it for a replacement or refund.

Products damaged due to wear and tear will be replaced for 50% of the current retail price.

Return Policy

Terrene Outfitters will accept returns on anything that was purchased through our website. Although there is no set time limit, we kindly ask that returns be made in a as soon as possible with all original packaging and that items be kept in new condition with all tags attached. Returns received more than one year after the purchase date will be refunded with Terrene Outfitters merchandise credit.
